What is residential rehab

Supportive residential shall provide at least six hours of treatment services per week for each client. Intensive residential shall provide an average of at least 30 hours of services per week for each client. 26 TAC 564.901: residential programs shall have at least one counselor on duty at least eight hours a day, six days a week. Clients in residential programs shall have an opportunity for eight continuous hours of sleep each night. Staff shall conduct and document at least three checks while clients are sleeping.
